Summary: Content creation focused on improving organic search rankings

Aiming to drive more leads and increase search engine rankings, I decided to start capturing more content at job sites and posting relevant articles about projects that would engage potential customers.
Interviewing Peter for details about his methods, I combined his knowledge and experience with my third party point of view to create articles that were accessible and informative. 


In building, it’s all about the finished flawless result. But homes and commercial spaces can take a year or more to complete. I wanted to share more about the process of big and small projects, giving people a realistic view into various stages. 

I think the process itself is captivating. The vision is only held by a few people – the architect, the owner and the contractor. Through sustained focus, and a whole variety of skilled tradesman, over days and months, the vision comes to life. 


The website continues to rise in the search rankings. If you google “custom home builder south lake tahoe” from a local IP, the site comes up second. 

We’re currently running a google ad campaign targeted toward full custom builds, writing content once in a while, and relying on Peter for word of mouth. When you build houses this big, in a town this small, people hear about you. All of it builds on a solid reputation and conveys something you absolutely want when you hire a builder: trust.
